Wasco FFA finds success at the BIG, Co-Ops and Novice Records hosted by Bakersfield College. 15 FFA members were taken to Bakersfield College to compete in three competitions. One competition is the Best Informed Greenhand, better known as B.I.G. This team placed fourth overall. This completion tested the knowledge of freshman students about the general information regarding the FFA organization. The Cooperative Operations and Marketing team place second overall and Luis Yepez was third high individual. These individuals took a test that assessed their knowledge on agricultural marketing. Novice Records placed third overall. These individuals took a test based on their knowledge on the software program called the Agriculture Experience Tracker. They had to to properly input records in a record book. Congratulations to all the teams!
