A Special Thanks to Mr. Tassey at Merced College "the Succulent King"


The Wasco FFA Chapter would like to thank Mr. Bryan Tassey, Professor of Landscape Horticulture at Merced College for the Donation of Succulents to the Wasco High School Horticulture program. The succulents will be used during the Wasco High School Horticulture Plant Sale and Ag. Boosters Fundraiser as well as keeping some of the unique varieties as Mother Stock for future generations of Students to Propagate.

Once again, A big Thank You to Merced College and Bryan Tassey for their donation and support.

Information and Purpose:

Wasco High School Currently Offers a Horticulture Class as part of the Agriculture Department. The Annual Horticulture Plant Sale benefits the students of the horticulture class in supporting student projects, new plants and field trips. Students learn valuable skills in plant management all which are life long skills.

The Wasco High School Agriculture Programs mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of students through Agriculture Education.
