The South Valley banquet was on the 6th of April & Wasco FFA had 14 State Degree recipients present as well as the following people who received significant awards:

For both star chapter and star green hand, Wasco FFA will select one of the candidates for each and honor them at our end-of-the-year awards program.
In addition...
Ms.Shew was recognized as a golden owl(Star Advisor) in kern county.
For South Valley proficiency winners, we have Jalie Grundt and Juan Carlos Pimentel.
In addition, Ms. Sunnie Dobbs, the WHS principal, received her bronze star administrator.
Ms.Zarrate received the gold star supporting staff and was named the star supporting staff for the south valley section. It is notable to mention that there were 20 other candidates for this award.
